MeDo

AI Stats Section Generator.

Name your numbers and what each one proves, and MeDo generates a metrics band — count-up animation that pauses for reduced-motion users, tabular figures that do not jitter mid-count, and a layout with room for the context line that turns a big number into a believable one.

Stats Section

One Verifiable Number Outperforms Five Vanity Ones

A stats section makes a specific promise the rest of the page has to keep: every figure in it must survive the question "says who, over what period, measured how?" The moment a visitor meets one number they recognize as decoration — "500+ happy customers" on a product that claims enterprise scale — every other figure on the page loses its evidentiary value, which is worse than having no stats at all. The craft is in the framing details most sections omit: a timeframe that bounds the claim ("99.98% uptime, trailing 12 months" is checkable; "99.98% uptime" is not), a denominator that shows the sample ("4.8/5 from 2,100 reviews" versus a bare "4.8/5"), and a metric the visitor can verify themselves after signup. This is also what separates stats from testimonials: a testimonial is a person vouching; a stat is a claim about scale, and claims need provenance. Placed directly under the hero, the band answers the visitor's silent "is this real?" before the page asks for attention on anything else.

LandingHero Trust Strip

Under-Hero Metrics Band

The canonical placement: four figures with context lines in a full-width strip directly under the hero, so scale is established before a single feature is read.

Create a full-width stats section placed immediately under the hero of a SaaS landing page. Four metrics in a single row at desktop (2x2 grid on tablet, stacked on mobile): "12,400+ teams" with subline "actively using it this month", "99.98% uptime" with subline "trailing 12 months, status page linked", "38 min" with subline "median support first response", and "4.8/5" with subline "across 2,100 verified reviews". Numbers in 40px semibold zinc-900 with font-variant-numeric: tabular-nums; sublines in 14px zinc-500. Count each number up from zero over 1.4s with ease-out when the section first enters the viewport via IntersectionObserver, digits only — suffixes and units stay in static spans — and render final values immediately under prefers-reduced-motion. Separate stats with 1px zinc-200 dividers; section background zinc-50, 56px vertical padding.

DevToolsTechnical Proof

Engineering Metrics With Linked Sources

For a technical audience that checks claims: p95 latency, weekly downloads, stars — each figure linked to the page where it can be verified independently.

Create a stats section for a developer tools homepage with three figures, each hyperlinked to its verifiable source: "42ms p95" linking to the public status page, "310k weekly downloads" linking to the npm package, and "21.4k stars" linking to the GitHub repo. Dark section: zinc-950 background, numbers in 44px semibold white, sublines in 15px zinc-400, links underlined on hover with an external-link icon that appears on focus. Each number counts up on first scroll into view over 1.2s using requestAnimationFrame, with prefers-reduced-motion rendering finals instantly and tabular-nums preventing width jitter. On mobile the three stats stack with 24px gaps and no dividers. Add aria-labels on each link describing the destination, and make the whole section keyboard-navigable in DOM order.

MotionAnimated Count-Up

IntersectionObserver Count-Up Band

The full animation treatment for a product whose whole pitch is momentum: digits tick from zero the first time the band enters view, once per visit.

Create a stats section where every figure animates from zero to its final value when the band first enters the viewport, implemented with a single IntersectionObserver at threshold 0.4 and a requestAnimationFrame loop easing out over 1.6 seconds. Fire once per page load, not on every scroll pass. Format large numbers during the count with compact grouping so intermediate values never overflow their cell, and keep all suffixes (+, %, k) and unit words in separate non-animated spans. Respect prefers-reduced-motion: matchMedia check that skips straight to final values. Numbers at 48px, tabular-nums, in a four-column grid that reflows to 2x2 under 768px and one column under 480px. Under each number, a 14px zinc-500 label. Section itself is white on a page with a zinc-50 body, bounded top and bottom by 1px zinc-200 rules rather than a filled background.

EnterpriseDark Metric Wall

Enterprise Credibility Band

A darker, quieter treatment for enterprise and security pages: compliance figures, scale claims, and a status-page link, with no animation at all.

Create a stats section for an enterprise trust page with a deliberately static, documentary feel: four figures with no animation — "SOC 2 Type II" (subline: "audited annually, report under NDA"), "99.99% uptime" (subline: "trailing 12 months, public status page"), "40+ data regions" (subline: "resident data storage available"), "0 incidents" (subline: "severity-1, trailing 12 months"). Layout: four columns on desktop with 1px zinc-800 vertical dividers, stacked on mobile. Deep navy (#0B1120) background, figures in 36px light-weight white, sublines in 14px slate-400. No count-up, no hover effects, no icons — the absence of motion is the message: these are facts, not fireworks. Under the band, one 13px slate-500 line linking the full security documentation.

كيف تخصّص Stats Section الخاص بك

Attach a timeframe or denominator to every claim

"10,000+ users" invites the question "ever, or now?" Ask for a qualifier line under each figure — "active teams, last 30 days", "from 2,100 verified reviews" — and the number stops sounding invented. The context line costs 14px of height and buys most of the credibility.

Trigger the count-up on scroll, never on load

A band that finishes counting before the visitor scrolls to it is a static band that janked the first paint. Request IntersectionObserver plus requestAnimationFrame so the animation starts the moment the strip enters the viewport, once, with ease-out pacing.

Animate digits only, in tabular numerals

Keep the +, %, and /5 suffixes in static spans outside the animated value, and set font-variant-numeric: tabular-nums. Without this the figure reflows on every frame and the whole row visibly shudders — the detail that separates a polished count-up from an amateur one.

Stack proof in order: numbers, then logos, then voices

The standard trust sequence runs stats (claims about scale) then logo cloud (who already trusts you) then testimonials (what those people say). Placing the metrics band directly under the hero front-loads scale; the quotes land harder once the visitor already believes the company is real.

من يستخدم مكوّن Stats Section

SaaS landing page trust strip

Four count-up figures directly under the hero — customers, uptime, response time, review score — each with a context line, front-loading scale before the visitor reads a single feature.

Developer tools homepage

Raw numbers a technical audience respects: p95 latency, npm downloads per week, GitHub stars with a link to the repo so the claim is one click from verifiable.

Agency or studio about page

Projects shipped, years operating, and client retention percentage — scale claims that answer the "are these people established?" question a portfolio alone cannot.

Fundraising and press page

A metrics band with the company's headline figures for journalists and investors, sourced and dated, doubling as the canonical citation for anyone writing about the company.

A useCountUp hook holds the whole animation: rAF easing, once-per-mount via IntersectionObserver, and an immediate final value when the user prefers reduced motion.

كيف تضيف Stats Section إلى مشروعك

أربع خطوات، من اختيار قالب stats section إلى إطلاقه في الإنتاج.

01~20min

Audit Every Number for Survivability

List candidate figures and interrogate each: over what period, from what denominator, and could a customer verify it after signing up? Keep the four that survive; drop the ones that exist because they were easy to count.

02~5min

Decide Placement and Motion

Under the hero, the band wants tight vertical rhythm and a light background that does not fight the hero. Also decide now whether you want the count-up: adding the observer wiring later means regenerating, not tweaking.

03~2min

Generate in MeDo

Give each figure with its unit and qualifier in the prompt — the qualifier lines are part of the design, not an afterthought. Ask for scroll-triggered count-up with reduced-motion fallback and tabular numerals by name; those three details are what the generator will not guess.

04~5min

Watch It Once at Real Speed

Scroll to the band like a first-time visitor: does the count start as it enters view, do digits hold their width, do suffixes stay still? Then check the reduced-motion path in your OS settings renders final values instantly, and ship.

أسئلة شائعة حول Stats Section

What is the difference between a stats section and testimonials?

They prove different things and stack in that order. A testimonial is a person vouching for you — it carries emotion, specificity, and a face. A stats section is a claim about scale: how many customers, how reliable, how fast. Scale claims come first because they establish that the company is real; quotes from people land harder once the visitor already believes the entity behind them exists. On most landing pages that means the metrics band sits under the hero and testimonials sit deeper in the page.

What if my numbers are too small to show off?

Show a different kind of number. Early-stage products cannot claim user counts, but they can claim quality and effort: median support response time, uptime since launch, lines of documentation, number of integrations shipped this quarter. A specific, checkable small number beats an inflated round one — "99.9% uptime since 2025" on a young product is more credible than "1M+ users" nobody believes. Never publish a figure you would not want a customer to fact-check.

Does the count-up animation hurt performance or accessibility?

Not if it is built correctly, which is a matter of asking. The animation should run on requestAnimationFrame triggered once by an IntersectionObserver at first viewport entry — not on page load, where it competes with rendering. It must respect prefers-reduced-motion by rendering final values immediately, since a motion-triggered vestibular response is a real accessibility issue, not a nicety. And digits should render in tabular-nums with static suffix spans, or the layout reflows on every frame during the count.

How many stats should a metrics band show?

Three or four. Two reads as an afterthought and five-plus forces each figure to compete with its neighbors, diluting all of them. Pick the four claims that map to your visitor's actual purchase doubts — scale (customers), reliability (uptime), responsiveness (support), and satisfaction (reviews) — and cut anything that exists only because it was easy to measure. If a figure would not survive a skeptical tweet, it does not belong in the band.

Should the numbers update automatically from my database?

Only if the figure is genuinely live and you can keep it honest. For most products the numbers change monthly at most, so rendering them from a typed constant or CMS field is simpler and avoids an API call on a marketing page. If you do wire it live — say, npm downloads — keep a sane fallback value for when the source fails and round aggressively; a count-up to 12,438,201 reads as machine noise, while 12.4M+ reads as a claim.

How do I generate a stats section with AI?

List each figure with its unit, its qualifier, and what it proves — "uptime 99.98%, trailing 12 months, proves reliability" — and say where the band sits on the page, since under-hero placement wants tighter vertical rhythm than a mid-page block. Specify count-up on scroll with reduced-motion fallback if you want the animation. MeDo generates the band as React + Tailwind with the observer wiring included, then you refine conversationally: "make the numbers 40px", "swap the fourth stat for NPS", "animate only on desktop".
